Holistic wellness is my passion - I see it as the foundation for continuous positive change in my personal life, community, and the environment. I am a life-long learner with a deep love for the physiological and psychological aspects of cognition - the mind-body influence on healing and development. I receive alignment, freedom and energy through a daily Reiki, massage, yoga and meditation practice, dance, hiking and a serene home environment full of global treasures and plants.
